Submit an Application
Ready to take the next step? Simply fill out our online application form with your details, emergency contacts, and rental history. Once submitted, our team will review your application promptly and keep you updated on the status. If you have any questions along the way, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Reserve the Property
Secure the rental property by signing your lease agreement and paying the security deposit. This marks the final step in the application process. Our team will walk you through the payment options to ensure everything goes smoothly. Once completed, you’ll be all set to move into your new home!
Following review and pending approval of this application, you will be required pay a $500 reservation deposit (equivalent to the amount of the security deposit) within 72 hours of receiving the lease agreement to secure the property until the terms of the lease agreement commence. This reservation deposit serves as the applicant’s security deposit once the tenant has moved into the property. If you are unable to fulfill these requirements of the application process, we will terminate any pending lease agreements.
